Hey there! 👋 I'm Trisha!

As a pediatric occupational therapist, I've spent over 12 years watching kids light up when they finally get to move — and seeing firsthand how much better they learn when their bodies are regulated.

One day I realized something: schools were doing everything right — great teachers, strong curriculum, caring staff — but missing a structured, purposeful way to help students regulate their bodies throughout the school day.

So I built it myself.

AND JUST LIKE THAT, SACRED STEPS SENSORY PATHS WAS BORN!

Today our paths are installed in schools across 24 states and Canada — in Catholic schools, Christian schools, and public schools alike. Because every child deserves a school environment that meets them where they are.
